Full Refund: Available within 5 days for unworn items in intact packaging. Refund issued to the original payment method.

Store Credit: Available within 10 days for unworn items in intact packaging. Refund issued as SQND store credit.

Restocking Fee: A 25% deduction applies to any return missing packaging or accessories.

Customized or factory-altered watches are non-refundable.
