Warranty
All SQND watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes:

Returns
At SQND, we believe in precision, integrity, and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage for our timepieces and accessories.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be received within 14 days of initiating a return request.

Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and include all original packaging and documentation.

Customized or modified watches are non-refundable.

Demo or pre-owned units are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final Sale & Open Box Items

Final Sale Items: Products designated as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. However, these items are still protected under SQND’s 2-year limited warranty, covering applicable defects such as damaged crystals or internal watch components.

Open Box Products: All open box items are treated under the same return and warranty terms as new products. They are eligible for full refunds, store credit, and coverage under our limited warranty as long as they meet the condition requirements outlined above.
Holiday & Gift Exceptions

We understand that timing matters. During holiday seasons or for gifts, we may extend the return window upon request. Please contact us at support@sqnd.co to discuss eligibility.
International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. SQND does not cover these charges.
